Convert a credit card statement to Excel

Most banks let you export a credit card statement as CSV or PDF, but neither opens cleanly in Excel — dates come in as text and amounts as strings. This tool normalizes both so you can categorize spending, total it, and reconcile in minutes.

Questions

Is uploading my card statement safe here?
Yes — nothing is uploaded. Parsing runs in your browser, so the statement never leaves your computer.
My statement is a PDF — will it work?
Yes, PDF parsing is in beta. It works well on statements with a normal date/description/amount table; always check the result.
Can it separate payments from purchases?
Amounts keep their sign, so money in and money out are totaled separately in the summary.
